LINDSEY KHANFAR, BROKER

Lindsey Khanfar has spent a lifetime learning the meaning of service. With over a decade in the hospitality industry and several years as a real estate broker working in and around Seattle, Lindsey loves forging genuine connections with her clients and delivering results that are beyond their expectations.

As a broker, Lindsey works hard to cater to her clients’ distinctive goals. She partners with each client to ensure their needs are met, making them a priority throughout the process and building strong relationships along the way. She loves working with buyers and sellers in all stages of life — from first-time homebuyers to sellers who are ready to downsize — and educating them on the current state of the housing market. By empowering her clients with the latest market data and trends, Lindsey places them firmly in the driver’s seat of the transaction, providing them with competitive insights without ever pushing past their comfort zone.With her background in the hospitality industry, Lindsey has developed keen skills in sales, contract negotiations and building longstanding industry relationships. This allows her to help her clients identify opportunities in the market and create winning bids thanks to her understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to craft unique offers that cut through the noise. Lindsey also brings specialized experience in sales for her clients who are ready to list, with a mindset that is practical and purposeful.

Lindsey’s ultimate drive in real estate is to simply help her clients achieve their goals. After she purchased her first home in Fremont in 2014, she fell in love with the homebuying process and now strives to replicate that experience for her clients across Seattle and wherever they need her. In her free time, Lindsey loves spending time with her husband, their young daughter and her dog, Juno. She stays active by running and enjoys hiking, exploring the food and beer scene in Seattle, and experiencing all the adventures the PNW has to offer.
